Since 1992, DQG have continuously serviced JPMorgan Chase’s facilities requirements for one of their Midtown offices at 140 East 45th Street (also known as Grand Central Tower -GCT).
Over the years, DQG has completed projects on thirty one floors (approximately 11,000 sq.ft./floor) of this building. Our team work closely with JPMorgan Chase’s Facilities Department to accomodate their User’s needs from initial planning stage based on submittal program requirements, approval of plans by Users and Landlord, Construction Administration and final move-in.
