Since 1992, DQG have continuously serviced JPMorgan Chase�s facilities requirements for one of their Midtown offices at 140 East 45th Street (also known as Grand Central Tower -GCT).
Over the years, DQG has completed projects on thirty one floors (approximately 11,000 sq.ft./floor) of this building. Our team work closely with JPMorgan Chase�s Facilities Department to accomodate their User�s needs from initial planning stage based on submittal program requirements, approval of plans by Users and Landlord, Construction Administration and final move-in.
